We are your local women’s gym, group fitness centre, and personal training provider. We are women’s fitness specialists at MissGym, a gym created by women, for women. Our goal is to make you fitter, stronger, healthier and happier!
Unlike the big-box, big-chain gyms individuals do matter at MissGym. At MissGym, you can become a part of a community that is focused on women and enjoy amenities that are designed with women in mind. Friday: 6am-7pm

We have an all Women Team of Personal Trainers
Our trainers are certified and can develop a personalized workout program that meets your individual needs and goals. They’ll provide positive motivation, guidance, and education to help you get the results you desire.
We are a full-service gym
We are a full-service gym and every member is entitled to 5 FREE training tutorials when you sign up to ensure you can effectively and safely use all our equipment. Our MissGym members also receive ongoing support, with a FREE reassessment every six-weeks to check in on your progress and update your goals!
FREE Child Care Center is next door!
The Treehouse Children’s Creche Sylvia Park has a very welcoming environment and a friendly team that love teaching your children. Parents/caregivers are welcome to stay and play. Free quality education for children 0-5 years.
