I specialize in P.T. for weight-loss and toning, and can craft programs for specific goals.
Why you work in fitness: I don’t come from a fitness background, I have been the woman for whom fitness and health was the first casualty of a full-work (and study) schedule. I have been overweight. I understand how hard it can be to form healthy habits and embrace a healthy lifestyle. I also understand how rewarding, both physically and mentally, making these changes can be. I want to help other women find the form of fitness that will inspire them to get fit; stay fit; and live a healthier, happier, longer life.
