What type of training do you specialize in:
I specialise in teaching kickboxing as this is something I compete in. i also specialise in functional weight training and enjoys working with split programs. As well as this I have worked with athletes who compete in football, kickboxing and MMA, training for sport specific competitions.
Why do you work in fitness:
I want to use fitness to inspire women to have the lifestyle they deserve. I have a passion for all things health and fitness and love to continually learn what is happening in the industry. I love to inspire others through movement and can’t get enough of seeing clients hit their goals.
