Certified Boxing Instructor, – with 10 years’ experience across the fitness industry. I teach Boxing, Box-Fit (including Kickboxing), Total Body Workout (Full-Body resistance and cardio classes) and Spin.

I specialize in Boxing, but also specialize in Personal Training for weight-loss, strength and resistance training and am an awesome motivator!

I work in fitness because I enjoy motivating women, helping them reach their goals (be they weight-loss, or gaining strength and tone) – as an added benefit this job keeps me fit too!
