What type of training you specialize in: I specialize in functional weight training and pilates. I can program for specific goals, including weight-loss and toning and have a particular focus on staying strong mobile and fit throughout the life-span. I am also trained in rehabilitation and can program around existing injuries.
Why you work in fitness:
My goal is to help motivate, train and educate as many people as I can on ageing well. No matter what your age, I believe that we should be strong & move as well as possible!
