I specialise in functional weight training and pilates. I can program for specific goals, including weight-loss and toning, and have a particular focus on staying strong mobile and fit throughout your life-span. I am also trained in rehabilitation and can program around existing injuries.

My goal is to help motivate, train and educate as many people as I can on ageing well. No matter what your age, I believe that we should be strong & move as well as possible!
