I specialise in functional movement, weight training/hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, endurance training, and weight loss.
Why do you work in fitness:
I wanted to educate myself so that I could help many more women achieve the impossible! I love motivating and inspiring women to be the best they can be. Not only for themselves but for their families. I am passionate about exercise and enjoy sweating and lifting weights.
